The rules promised it. Until now it required emailing someone, which is a different promise.
"You can withdraw at any time before publication and your results are removed" has been on the rules page since it was written. It is now a button in the portal.
Withdrawing voids every score and takes the entry off the leaderboard immediately. It does not delete the run records: those are the evidence behind any dispute already raised, and destroying them would remove the basis for a ruling we may already have made. On every published surface the effect is identical to removal.
After publication an anonymous entry stays anonymous, and a named entry can be un-named on request — which organisers can now actually do, and which is recorded when they do it.
